BELPRE — The Belpre Rotary Club has announced the top six teams in the club’s 2023 Belpre Rotary Club Ox Roast/Jim Applebaum Golf Tournament on May 20.
Winning was the team sponsored by D&R Heating and Cooling. Team members were Luke Williamson, Ron Barniak, Jeremy Wince and Jason Jones.
Second place went to the team sponsored by Oxbow Golf Course, Jay Ruffin, Matt Glancy, Jason Bauer and Phi Chen.
Third place went to the team sponsored by Hocking Tire, Mark Miller, Mike Ferrell, Danny Ullman and Darren Roddy.
The team sponsored by Mark Warden consisting of Warden, Lydel Norman, Josh Snyder and Todd Griffith came in fourth place.
Sponsored by National Carports, the team of Randy Williams, Mike Ash, Ted Daugherty and Bryan Corbitt came in fifth place.
The sixth-place team, sponsored by Janney Montgomery, consisted of Dan Patterson, Remy Toncray, Steve Burdette and Logan Bayer.
Larry Arnold, Belpre Rotarian, was tournament coordinator.
Proceeds from the tournament are used by Rotary for health advancement, education and scholarships, community improvement, youth services, economic development, community beautification and participation in Rotary International projects in health and improving living conditions in countries around the world.
