Minneapolis-based health insurer UCare announced the hires of Marie Zimmerman as executive vice president of public affairs and chief strategy officer, and Jay Sivasailam as executive vice president and chief growth Officer. … Bright Health Group, a Bloomington-based health insurer, announced it has promoted Jay Matushak to chief financial officer. Matushak previously was senior vice president of finance. … HealthPartners, a Bloomington-based health insurer and health care provider, announced it has named Megan Schmidt senior vice president of health solutions. Schmidt most recently was senior vice president, employer solutions for Priority Health.

HONORS

The Minnesota Credit Union Foundation and Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, St. Paul, recognized Debra Hurston, executive director of Association for Black Economic Power, as a CU Builder, honoring an individual’s dedication to the not-for-profit financial movement in Minnesota. Hurston led the establishment of Minnesota’s first Black-led community credit union.

Jamf, a provider of Apple-based software to enterprises, announced the appointment of John Strosahl as chief executive officer, effective Sept. 2. Strosahl will succeed Dean Hager, who is retiring. Strosahl, who currently serves as Jamf’s president and chief operating officer, will also join the board of directors.
