CLEVELAND — A press release from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport offered some tips to travellers ahead of the busy flying season around the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.
“The two busiest travel days of the holiday season are the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, exceeded by the Sunday after Thanksgiving,” the release stated.
The airport expects around 150,000 customers during the travel period, up from about 127,000 last year. The release states that the airport will assign additional staff during this period of heavy travel in customer service, law enforcement, custodial and maintenance.
