Thanks to Independent Health and the YMCA’s 12th season of Fitness in the Parks, the possibilities to squeeze a fun workout into your busy summer schedule are basically endless.
What You Need to Know:
Fitness in the Parks runs June 1- August 31
There are more than 500 free classes at 26 different parks across WNY offered everyday of the week
