A central Florida megamansion with 20 movie-themed bedroom suites, Hollywood Walk of Fame-style stars covering the floors and a large replica of an Oscar statuette at its entrance has hit the market for $11.75 million.
Built in 2021, the 14,297-square-foot residence in Davenport, Florida, is “close to all major attractions and less than two hours to the beaches on either coast, this is a custom-built compound where anyone can come live like elite movie stars surrounded by luxury,” according to a statement from listing agent Edward Johnston of Coldwell Banker Realty.
Dubbed the VIP Hollywood Experience Mansion, it’s no surprise that a silver screen theme runs throughout the home.
That starts with the suites, based on old Hollywood classics like “The Wizard of Oz” (1939) and “Singin’ in the Rain” (1952), as well as more recent hits such as “The Godfather” (1972) and “Jurassic Park” (1993), listing photos show. The theme song for each movie plays when the rooms are entered, the listing said.

The common areas are fit to entertain a small army—or movie crew.
For example, the eat-in kitchen has four double Sub-Zero refrigerators, two cooktops, two double ovens and a wine cooler, plus significant bar seating, according to the listing. The adjacent dining area has room for 37 guests. There’s also a huge living room with several LED video walls.
Other amenities include a bowling alley, an indoor half basketball court, game rooms, a wet bar, a movie theater for indoor entertainment and a private conference room for all of your VIP meetings, the listing said.
Outside, there’s a resort-style pool featuring a lazy river, a water slide and an outdoor tiki hut/bar, plus custom lighting and a volcano.
About 20 miles south of the Disney World Resort in Orlando, the mansion has most recently been used as a short-term vacation rental with estimated annual gross earnings of $1.5 million with a net after expenses of approximately $1 million, the listing said.
The underlying property last traded in January 2021 for $280,000, according to records with PropertyShark. The home is currently owned by Extreme Getaway Homes, which has several themed homes in the area. Representatives from the firm did not immediately respond to a request for contact.
