No. 2 Alabama (25-4, 15-1 SEC) will look to get the season sweep of Auburn (19-10, 9-7 SEC) on Wednesday night when they host the Tigers inside Coleman Coliseum.
Nate Oats and the Tide can also clinch sole possession of the regular season SEC title with a win over their arch-rivals.
Alabama took the first matchup against Auburn earlier this season when they defeated the Tigers on the Plains 77-69.
Auburn is bouncing around on the NCAA tournament bubble and a win against Alabama would propel Bruce Pearl and the Tigers into the big dance.

Freshman guard Jaden Bradley has scored just six points over his last three games and is due to break out of his slump. In the first matchup against Auburn, Bradley played a pivotal role in defeating the Tigers by scoring 12 points. Generally when Bradley plays well offensively, so does the Tide.
This Auburn team goes as Wendell Greene Jr. goes. Greene is electric if he can get going early. Alabama will have its handful containing the high-energy guard.
Alabama owns a commanding 98-67 advantage in the all-time series but the series is split 5-5 over its last 10 matchups.

I think it is obvious who the better team is, but in this matchup, that doesn’t really mean much. Auburn really needs a signature win, and boy would this be one for them. In the end, I believe Alabama is just too much for the Tigers.
