A Juneteenth business forum will be held from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at 3001 Broadway St. N.E., Minneapolis.
The event includes free cocktails and a traditional Juneteenth meal.
The forum features two discussions: “A strategic roadmap to financial literacy” and “Forging a black agenda in the 21st Century.”
The discussions will be moderated by Tracey Williams-Dillard from the Minnesota Spokesman-Recorder, the oldest black-owned newspaper in Minnesota and Glenn Ford, founder of In City Farms.
