Masaba Gupta has been a total inspiration not just for her fashion and beauty lately but for her dedication to fitness and working out. The celebrity has always found time for her workouts, diet, and fitness in her busy work schedule. Masaba also has some quick AMA sessions for her Instagram followers and fans which are often informative. In her most recent one, she posted a few tips, tricks and fitness mantras. Talking about working out when travelling she shared that she never diets on a holiday. She never skips the dessert. She was also quick to encourage her followers to eat a protein-rich meal at least once a day and work out every day.
When asked what she last ate she shared a picture of her healthy buckwheat roti pizza which she ate for dinner the previous night. While Pizza is widely recognized as a favourite of many celebs in both Hollywood and Bollywood, buckwheat pizza is a trend that has only recently picked up in India and Masaba is all for it.
Another follower asked Masaba about alternative methods of staying fit, besides walking. Her reply was informative and yet tinged with humour. She said she would double up on Yoga and pilates and would leave it to Coach Apoorva to invent other ways to stay in shape.
She shared that her workout routine includes Strength training where she focuses on each body muscle, Yoga, and Pilates. She then quipped that her main motivation for working out was her own back.
To the question of how she finds work-life balance, she replied that she chooses to travel to take a break from the desk and that she doesn’t distinguish between work and life. She believes her work is her life and enjoys it thoroughly.
Masaba then shared her routine and timetable with her followers. It includes waking up at 5.30 am and going to bed at 9.30 pm.
