Mirriad Advertising PLC said Wednesday that a number of parties have entered early-stage discussions over a potential investment or acquisition of the company since the launch of the strategic review and formal sale process.
The London-listed advertising firm said that parties have been invited to make nonbinding indicative proposals by early April.
All proposals will be considered and selected parties will be invited to participate further in the process.
The board will update the market in due course.
