The District 11 All-Star basketball games will be held Friday at Newark’s Jimmy Allen Gymnasium.
Competing in the girls game from Licking County at 6 p.m. are Newark’s Brie Gingras, Heath’s Taliyah Holmes, Northridge’s Darla Dorman and Reese Callan and Watkins Memorial’s Cameryn Wheeler with Heath’s Katy Barry coaching.
Also competing in the girls game are Pickerington Central’s Trinity Jackson and Tahirah Ellis, River Valley’s Brooklyn Mosher, Fairfield Union’s Nicole Terry, Danville’s Jaylyn Workman, Mount Gilead’s Candace Millisor, Olentangy’s Camryn Cummings, Delaware’s Samantha Toney and Big Walnut’s Megan Weakley.
Competing in the boys game from Licking County at 7:30 p.m. are Newark’s Grant Burkholder, Utica’s Trenton Collins and Johnstown’s Caleb Schneider.
