NFL Network rules analyst Mike Pereira was caught sticking his toungue out in a naughty manner during a live broadcast Sunday morning.
The strange moment happened live during the Tampa Bay Buccaneers victory over the Seattle Seahawks at Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany.
Pereira, 72, was at his home studio and did not realize he was still on camera when he stuck his toungue out at something or someone offscreen.
The viral slip of the toungue occurred late in the fourth quarter after Pereira offered his insight on a Seahawks touchdown.
With the game being played in Germany at an early time slot, it’s possible that Pereira was still a bit sleepy, but NFL Twitter won’t ever let him live it down.
While it’s still unclear what transpired to make Pereira stick his toungue out on live TV, the main headline is Tom Brady leading his Bucs to a win that puts them back at .500 heading into their Bye week.
Brady, 45, also had a blooper moment in a botched trick play that saw him slip when trying to receive a pass from running back Leonard Fournette.
Fournette, 27, threw an interception but was lucky it did not affect Tampa Bay in the end.
After a week of much-needed rest, Brady and company will head to Ohio to take on the Cleveland Browns.
The NFL could be moving a step closer to doing away with the days of the “chain gang” measuring first downs, according to multiple reports.
