She took this challenge from April 21 and completed on June 3 this year.
Talking further about her experience, Shweta shared, “Fitness is not about physical health but mental toughness. A lot of times you see people binging on their favourite food, you wish to eat a pizza, your mind tells you to just leave it and take your plate and fill it with your favourite parathas but you remind yourself to just hold on and do it.”
As an athlete and the winner of the popular reality show Roadies, Shweta’s life took a cruel turn when she met with a devastating accident. It was a challenging time for Shweta. She was bedridden for months and then worked on herself to bring back her life on track. ETimes TV had exclusively reported about her entire journey.
