Conclusion

Sonesta grew significantly over the past couple of years when Service Properties Trust reflagged a couple of hundred existing, mainly IHG and Marriott hotels, under various Sonesta brands.

I would say that Sonesta and its Travel Pass loyalty program both have great potential, but they need to offer better propositions on their loyalty side; earning and redeeming points + more significant elite benefits.
