Though each brand’s option is different, some even offer live coaching via 3D sensors or cameras on the device itself. “They’re multifunctional for lifestyle and fitness,” explains Noam Tamir, C.S.C.S., owner of TS Fitness in New York, NY. “Not only do the mirrors offer tons of variety in terms of types of fitness and classes, but the 3D instructors command more attention and allow you to see form better than on a regular TV. Plus, many store equipment inside, eliminating clutter, and making them space saving, too.”
