Chris Nwuli – Was there a guy at the trials with a better motor than Nwuli? Probably not. A slightly undersized four man, Nwuli makes up for being somewhat smallish with big-time athleticism, tons of toughness and an engine that just doesn’t quit. He’s relentless on the glass, a highly versatile defender and finishes with strength at the rim that is surprising given that he only weighs about 195 pounds. He easily backed up his top 45 status in 2025.
Koa Peat – Currently ranked No. 3 in the class of 2025, Peat is about as steady as they come. Measuring in at 6-foot-7 in shoes, he’s on the shorter end of the spectrum for a four man but at 233 pounds with great shoulders and an elite feel for the game, he more than makes up for it. He’s one of those guys who always seems to be in the right place at the right time and everything he does as a scorer, rebounder and defender helps translate to winning.
Deron Rippey – Back in April, Rippey caught our attention at the USAB minicamp run in conjunction with the Final Four because of his explosive first step. That first step and overall quickness stood out again as did him being one of the most willing passers in attendance. He’s going to be one to watch from the class of 2026. Oklahoma State was the first high major to offer.
Tyran Stokes – Speaking of guys who will rank highly in the class of 2026, Stokes is going to be up near the very top unless something really changes in the next couple of months. Call him a small ball four, call him a big wing, it doesn’t really matter because the dude is just a baller. He’s a monster finisher at the rim, shoots jumpers with confidence and has some game in between. He’s an elite prospect all the way and already has offers from Alabama, Arizona State, Louisville, Texas A&M and Xavier among others.
Jaden Toombs – Currently ranked as the No. 28 player in the class of 2025, Toombs was pretty steady in Colorado Springs. He knows how to use his size and maybe most importantly is comfortable in being a true big man who works the glass, scores in the post, sets hard screens and plays good positional defense.
Elijah Williams – The son of longtime NBA player and 2022 NBA Coach of the Year Monty Williams, Williams is a 6-foot-6 forward in 2026 who had some real flashe of brilliance. While he was often a bit deferential to teammates, there were a few shot fakes, jabs and drives for athletic finishes that really opened eyes. He’s got some post game, his jump shot looks workable and he’s got a lot going in his favor in terms of predicting long term success.
